East Coast Seafood is seeking a Product Costing & Procurement Coordinator to play a critical role in supporting our growing value-added and procurement operations. This position serves as a central operational hub connecting suppliers, procurement leadership, sales, quality assurance, production, logistics, and finance to ensure products move efficiently from sourcing through production.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate procurement activities across multiple ingredient and packaging categories
- Coordinate supplier communications and procurement execution
- Monitor inventory and support forecasting to ensure uninterrupted production
- Support bill-of-materials costing, pricing updates, and margin management
- Coordinate co-pack production schedules and material requirements
- Maintain supplier, QA, and product documentation
- Lead procurement-related project tracking and cross-functional communication
- Support new product launches and commercialization initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, visibility, and operational efficiency
- Experience in seafood, food manufacturing, protein procurement or a related industry preferred
- Purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or category support experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- ERP experience (NetYield preferred)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
